Remaining agile and being able to quickly establish new ways of using data proved to be critical over the last year. By utilizing algorithmic targeting based on current and past consumer behavior, we were able to build a Smart ContentTM library driven by hyper-dynamic content to serve up individualized, 1:1 experiences and the next-best-message for our customers throughout 2021.
Despite the challenges posed by a global pandemic, we were able to increase bookings by 10X and drive engagement for millions of travelers over the last year. By using first-party data and being responsive to the ongoing changes of the travel industry, we created modular e-newsletters that were tailored to each individual traveler’s preferences and specific mindsets month-over-month.

Building upon our success in the category last year, we’ve continued to innovate in the way we delivered advanced personalization and relevance in the email space for 2021. Rather than a one-size-fits-all approach, we delivered personalized experiences and used tech tools to determine which benefits and messages resonated the most with each consumer, leading to a 26%+ lift in engagement.
